The Lamplighter
A little town, an hour before dawn. Twelve sparks wander the dark plaza — shy, dim, and not yours to carry. Click (or tap) to bounce the heart; land at a lamppost and it lights. Sparks come to lit lamps by choice, warm through, and find their way home. Land too close to one and it scatters, colder than before.
What the night teaches
There is no way to push a spark home. The game does not forbid it; it simply lets you try, and lets you watch what trying does — a burst of fright, a colder spark, a longer night. The mechanic that works is simpler and older: make the good thing visible and warm, and let it be chosen. Lamplight is an invitation. A landing is a demand. Only one of them gathers anyone.
You may also notice what you stopped noticing: half the sparks are warm-toned and half are teal, and it never mattered. Same shyness, same physics, same seat by the lamp. The formal versions of this evening are the Trust Attractor and the open palm; the town just knows it as how you light lamps. And yes — that is the same moon as the homepage, phase-true tonight.
